In this article we wre going to learn , how to add user in MySQL and Oracle

MySQL Syntax :
CREATE USER
user_name@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY password
Example :
CREATE USER
‘sree’@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘candycrush’,
‘krish’@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘templerun’
Oracle Syntax :
CREATE USER user_name IDENTIFIED BY password;
Example :
CREATE USER
‘sree’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘candycrush’
Using above queries we created users in database. But those users are dummy. That means, they can’t create any tables and insert data into tables. To allow users to create tables and to save data, we have to grant priviliges to users. See the next tutorial to learn, how to grant privileges to users.
